Incoterms

Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are rules concerning the conditions of delivery of the goods. They are used to divide the costs of international commercial transactions and define responsibilities between buyer and seller, or exporter and importer, including rights and obligations. Incoterms also define where the merchandise should be delivered and who is responsible for the insurance and freight charges. They reflect the current practice in the international transport of goods.
