It´s possible to enter all the information into the system either via EDI or manually, prior to the arrival of the merchandise.

This way, all documentation is prepared in advance, which allows for increased efficacy in the control of the reception of goods, the spotting of errors or discrepancies that may occur. At this stage the labels for storage are printed.

The customer has the possibility to manage and control the stock by any of the categories introduced in the item card (manufacturing date, lot number, reference number, family of product, etc...).

The system also allows for printing personalized documentation, with the client´s name and the logo. This ensures not only a good image, but also avoids any sign the merchandise was not at the client´s own warehouse the entire time.
